Faithful compliance with these instructions will add to your comfort and hasten recovery.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5231975 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5231975\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Pain<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-79b2a19 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"79b2a19\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>For pain or discomfort, take aspirin, TYLENOL\u00ae or Empirin Compound in the following dosage or fill the prescription given to you.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Adults:<\/strong>\u00a0Two tablets every three to four hours.<\/li><li><strong>Children Aged 5-10:<\/strong>\u00a0One tablet every three to four hours.<\/li><li><strong>Infants and Children to Age 5:<\/strong>\u00a0Two baby aspirin or half an adult aspirin.<\/li><\/ul><p>If severe pain occurs, fill pain prescription and take as directed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b2db76e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b2db76e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Swelling<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e3b9737 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e3b9737\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Some swelling is to be expected. Swelling is not uncommon and need not cause alarm. If swelling should occur, apply an ice bag or a towel filled with cracked ice gently to the affected area at ten minutes on, ten minutes off for one hour. Repeat, if needed, every two hours. Discontinue this procedure after the first twenty-four hours.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6847e24 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6847e24\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Bleeding<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-36f46f1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"36f46f1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Some bleeding following tooth extraction is normal. If excessive bleeding persists, try the following:<\/p><ol><li>Remove clots and cover socket only with a pad of clean gauze or twelve inches of fluffed bandage. Close the jaws firmly for 30 minutes. Swallow saliva during this period. Repeat until bleeding stops.<\/li><li>Place a small, moist tea bag over the socket and close the jaws firmly for 30 minutes.<\/li><li>Hold a strong solution of iced tea in the mouth for five minutes and repeat until bleeding stops.<\/li><\/ol><p>If bleeding fails to stop with this treatment, call our office at once.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b7746f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2b7746f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Diet<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-39b70c6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"39b70c6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A light, soft diet (cereal, soup, eggnog, etc.) is advisable during the first 48 hours.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-397b6e3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"397b6e3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Mouth Hygiene<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d17d535 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d17d535\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Do not rinse your mouth for at least five hours, as this disturbs formation of a normal clot. Luego puede realizar enjuagatorios con una solucion de agua y sal.
